First Year Warranty (Workmanship defects)

• Our first year warranty provides that the home will be free from defects in workmanship which do not comply with industry standards. Our warranty department will work with you to address any warranty issues that fall into this category as quickly as possible.

Second Year (Mechanicals)

• We have now extended our warranty on the mechanicals of our homes to two full years. This warranty covers the important mechanicals of the home including the wiring, piping and ductwork in the following systems: the water supply system, sanitary sewer or septic system, electrical, air distribution system, heating system and central air-conditioning system.

First Ten Years

• This warranty provides that your Sterling home will be free from Major Structural Defects for the first ten years. The major structural components are defined as the foundation system, load-bearing stud walls, floor joists, beams, columns, trusses and rafters
